We specialize in single family homes and rental properties, primarily in Accomack and North Hampton County. Most of our rental properties have long term tenants who enjoy the personal attention we pay, both to their families and to the properties themselves. Each of our renovated homes is selected carefully based on location, condition and its suitability for family living. Evergreen Rental Properties LLC. itself is a young company, but our family's interest in real estate started many years ago when our grandfather and his family immigrated from Italy. My grandfather had an interest and passion for land and always reminded us to stay involved in real estate. Evergreen Rental Properties LLC. prides itself on our quality homes and commitment to excellence with both our customers and our tenants.

Cathy, in addition to being my mother, hardly needs an introduction for those of us involved in real estate on the Eastern Shore. Having moved to the Eastern Shore in 1977, and having worked in the real estate business for over 30 years, she not only got me interested in the business, but has forgotten more about it than I could ever know. She is my mentor, my business partner, my inspiration, and the best friend anyone could ever ask for. I am truly lucky to be her son.
